# run a plugin and get results
using the run command you can make anywave run any plugins that are command line compatible, like ica, h2, spectral, etc.
## Example running h2 computation

````matlab
% prepare cfg struct
cfg.process = 'h2';
cfg.time_window = 2; % h2 plugin parameters
cfg.step= 1;
cfg.max_lag=0.1;
% now pick channels from currently open file in anywave
% we suppose the data file open contains the following channels:
% TP1 TP2 TP3
cfg.pick_channels = {'TP1', 'TP2', 'TP3' };
% now use a specific marker to compute h2
cfg.use_markers = {'h2'}; % we assume there are markers labeled h2 in anywave
output = anywave('run', cfg);
% output is a struct containing resulting parameters after the process has been run.
% in our example the out struct will contain the result_file field which is a the full path to the .mat file generated by the h2 computation.
