Computes Imaginary Coherence between channels.
How it works
- Accepts channel selections (select channels before running the plugin), otherwise will use the current montage.
- Can be launched by selecting markers:
- Can be launched using the command line :
anywave --run imaginary-coherence --input_file <file> --low_freq 8 --high_freq 12 --fft_window 1 \
--fft_overlap 0.25 --output_file results.mat
Parameters
- low_freq: low frequency bin in Hz. Default value is 8Hz.
- high_freq: high frequency bin in Hz. Default value is 12Hz.
- fft_window: duration of the FFT window used in seconds. Default value is 1s.
- fft_overlap: duration of the FFT shift in seconds. Default is 0.25s.
When launched in GUI mode, the plugin allows to select the output file path to store results. By default a file results.mat will be created in the current data folder.
Result file
A MATLAB file containing the following variables:
- method: a string to mention the method.
- sampling_rate: data sampling rate in Hz
- high_freq: high freq parameter value
- low_freq: low freq parameter value
- fft_window: fft_window parameter value
- fft_overlap: fft_overlap parameter value
- electrode_names: cell array of strings containing the labels of channels
- coherence: nChannels x nChannels x nSections matrix containing the coherence values.
- sections: structure containing the section named in AnyWave and the starting and ending positions in seconds.
