Computes Imaginary Coherence between channels.
How it works
- Accepts channel selections (select channels before running the plugin), otherwise will use the current
- Can be launched by selecting markers.
- Can be launched using the command line :
anywave --run imaginary-coherence --input_file <file> --low_freq 8 --high_freq 12 --fft_window 1 \
--fft_overlap 0.25 --output_file results.mat
Parameters
- low_freq: low frequency bin in Hz. Default value is 8Hz.
- high_freq: high frequency bin in Hz. Default value is 12Hz.
- fft_window: duration of the FFT window used in seconds. Default value is 1s.
- fft_overlap: duration of the FFT shift in seconds. Default is 0.25s.
